INGREDIENTS
- 200 g bread rolls or white bread (stale, cut into cubes)
- 150 ml milk
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- bunch of parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
brown onions and Parsley in butter
heat milk
salt bread
add milk to onions and parsley and heat
add onions/milk/parsley to bread
let mixture sit for a while
For ham dumplings brown ham cubes (small cubes)
add eggs to bread
For ham dumplings add some pepper to ham
For ham dumplings mix meat into bread
For cheese dumplings add cheese
For cheese dumplings add some pepper
1/4h in boiling water
frozen 1/2h in boiling water
cheese dumplings frozen brown in pan on both sides than add beef broth and finish cooking in broth
