Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • cornstarch, eggs
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • apple cider vinegar
  • red pepper flakes

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. 
Season chicken with salt and pepper then coat in cornstarch.

Step 2

whisk eggs in a bowl

Step 3

Skillet over medium-high heat. dip chicken in egg and sear to golden brown. 

Step 4

to make the sauce combine hot sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt and red pepper flakes.

Step 5

add chicken and sauce to a baking dish and bake about 30 minutes
