Kaiserschmarrn

3 eggs
3/4 cup flower (all purpose)
pinch salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp raisins
rum

let raisins sit in rum

beat egg whites with salt

mix yolks with sugar
add vanilla sugar
add flower
add milk

mix egg whites into mixture (slowly)

add raisins

butter in pan and pour mixture about 1/2 thick. cook similar to a pancake and flip over

server with hot fruits (strawberry or other put in pan with a little water and rum and sugar and heat up)
